Chunsong Lu​（陆春松）

Dr Lu is a full professor in the School of Atmospheric Physics in the Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST), China. His current research focuses on cloud/fog physics, especially entrainment-mixing processes in clouds and aerosol-cloud-climate interactions. He has developed parameterizations of entrainment rate in cumulus and entrainment-mixing mechanisms in both cumulus and stratocumulus. His achievements have been recognized by 19 awards, including the Holton Junior Scientist Award from the American Geophysical Union, US in 2015 and Yuxiang Young Scholar Award from the Chinese American Oceanic and Atmospheric Association, US in 2016.
